In principle, tags have already been added to the engine dle in filte engine.php. When you add news from the top, there is an additional field, you can to generate you keywords. If they are there there is a possible problem other place. You try to add to file main.tpl in head {metatags} .
Ну хз его, может решил по админить малек Я как то тоже забрел в дебри ларавел, так тогда еще на русском не было тольком не чего кроме офф сайта, приходилось так же по бурж сайтам лазить и переводить.
I dont have any field for news_keyword, i use 13.1 version for datalife, I additionally added news_keyword to engine.php

Well, that right. You do not have a meta keywords, or still have, and do you want to add news_keywords? If you need to add a new one, then you need to duplicate it and make keywords2 exactly do it as in a post.
I have meta keywords but i additionally wanna add news_keyword as well. I have done everything on that post still no result. Whatever i change in engine.php doesn't work.
For instance, im editing <meta name="generator" content="DataLife Engine (http://dle-news.ruaaaaaaaaaaaaa)"> but it doesn't change in page source
Impossible, you make somthing wrong. Please open your engine.php , find $metatags = <<<HTML and please paste you source code here
