К нам поступила жалоба:

RE: Notice of Copyright Infringement
It has come to our attention that First Colo GmbH is the service provider for the IP address listed below, from which unauthorized copies of the objects of intellectual property are being offered from the URLs listed below.
No one is authorized to perform, exhibit, reproduce, transmit, sale or otherwise distribute the below-mentioned objects of intellectual property without the express written permission of Licensor, which Licensor has not granted to site(s) listed below.

We request that you immediately do the following:
1) reply to the Internet Copyright Management thereof that this notification has been received, within 24 hours.
2) send your customer written notification, along with a copy of this notification, requesting removal of the infringing material and requiring confirmation of the removal be sent to you (the Provider) within 24 hours;
3) block access at the router and switch level to the customer's equipment involved if the customer fails to remove the infringing material and/or fails to inform you (the Provider) of the removal within 24 hours of notification;
4) take appropriate action against the account holder under your AUP/Internet Service Master Agreement.
Under the European E-Commerce directives (Directive 2000/31/EC, 2004/48/EC, (EC) No 1383/2003) you, as a hosting provider, are liable for unlawful content if you don't act immediately after you have been
notified of this fact.
On behalf of the respective, owner of the property rights to the copyrighted material at issue in this notice, we hereby state, that we have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owners, their respective agents, or the law, and that the information in this notification is accurate.
Also we hereby state, under penalty of perjury, the undersigned is authorized to act on behalf of the owners of the property rights being infringed as set forth in this notification.

Да дело не в отмазке. Думаю че делать). Я тут читал типо линк переделать. Хостер fornex...

 

Возможно. У меня там несколько сайтов лет 5 держаться. Но конешно они не кинопорталы.

 

Переделал ссылку. И поставил заглушку на время ..
